I think it's not possible because each website have single dashboard.

Hi
Sign in to Google Analytics.
Navigate to your view.
Open Reports.
Click CUSTOMIZATION > Dashboards.
Click +New Dashboard.
In the Create Dashboard dialog, select either Blank Canvas (no widgets) or Starter Dashboard (default set of widgets).

For creating new dashboard in Google Analytics, you do:
1. First, sign in your Google account and open Google analytics tool
2. Navigate your view
3. Open reports
4. Click customization> dashboard
5. Click on new Dashboard
