concerning to your issue, might be you are using a vps or dedicated server so all reseller account exist there, right ?
when you create host name there is a email that appears to every account dns details.
from your root > basic whm setup > change your email i.e. oldmail.gmail.com to newmail.gmail.com .

To Suspend
Login to cPanel WHM.
Click on the Account Functions icon.
Click on the Suspend/Unsuspend an Account icon.
Select the account you wish to Suspend and click on the Suspend button. Your reseller account will now be suspended.
because reseller accounts only have seen that email accounts which are already and your clients and they don't show the current user in there menu.
I advise you to hire a normal administrator.

Spammers sometimes add random email addresses into the "Bcc" field to try to get people to respond. or manually move an email into your Spam folder, Google will receive a copy of the email and may analyze it to help protect our users from spam and abuse.
