You will need to re-do your SEO process and remove the harmful backlinks for your website to rank in Google again.

Whatever you done as link building process - blog submission, duplicate content, etc. just delete them or write original content.

Remove spam backlinks form the website using Google Disavow tool, change the quality of content from poor to optimized and unique and then implement White Hat SEO techniques.
