It's a free tool to give you an idea about the search volume of a given keyword, If you want to know the exact search volume of a keyword to buy some paid SEO tools like SEMruch, Ahref, Majestic etc..

Since the Google Keyword Planner Tool in Adwords has started showing search volumes in ranges, there are only a few tools available online that can fetch you the exact search volume without the need for a paying Adwords account.
