The organic site links are generated by the Search Engines itself.

Google site links are deluxe. They cannot say to generate links. You have to build links in the sites with clear navigation and well planned pages.Make a site with a clear hierarchy that Google's crawler can easily navigate.Create a useful, information-rich, quality content. Additionally once you have site links showing you can manage them (tell Google to ignore ones you don't want) through Webmaster tools.

Site links are only generated if the website has Higher link visibility, which leads to more traffic, Decrease in bounce rates, since users can zero in on specific pages

There is no direct way to get Sitelinks for your website. You can’t just log into Google’s Search Console (Previously Webmaster Tools), flick a switch and get Sitelinks.

    As things stand right now:

    Sitelinks are automated
Sitelinks are created through website best practices
Google doesn’t tell you how to create Sitelinks or control their appearance directly

Sitelinks on your own e-commerce site is particularly handy, as of course Nike ... If you have a WordPress site, you don't need to anything though as a Sitemap is automatically generated and regularly submitted to search engines for you.

The links shown below some of Google's search results, called sitelinks, are meant to help users navigate your site. Google's system analyze the link structure of your site to find shortcuts that will save users time and allow them to quickly find the information they're looking for. Google only show sitelinks for results when they think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn't allow Google algorithms to find good sitelinks, or google don't think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, Google won't show them. At the moment, sitelinks are automated.

    - Make a site with a clear hierarchy that Google's crawler can easily navigate
    - Offer a sitemap to your users with links that point to the important parts of your website
    - Create a useful, information-rich, quality content
    - Use text instead of images to display links
    - Make sure that your title tags and ALT attributes are descriptive and accurate
    - Check for broken links
