I am want to optimize my Youtube Video's can you please help me with how to do so.

I am looking to optimize YouTube Video's and not channel link.

You can't change the URL.

Your only option is to upload a different version (it would have to be different ENOUGH that it is not flagged as a "duplicate") and use that (though there's no guarantee some other random combination of letters won't get rejected by that forum's filters).

YouTube has some minimum requirements for URL customization. These are following

(1) 100 or more subscribers.
(2) Account be at least 30 days old.
(3) uploaded photo as channel icon.
