It depends on how you like to work as a web designer noteppad ++ is indeed a very valuable tool fast and well supported in the web developer community.
Some people however prefer visual builders something like Dreamweaver ( especially if you are only doing static websites. ) I would say though that Dreamweaver is slower than notepad. You could use sublime or even brackets with the emmet extension and link it to your localhost. Web design east London SOuth africa
