If you need nice cloud server hosting accounts at good rates, check out:
    - Hostingsource.com , - Rareservers.com
They can help you to move all content (files, scripts, mysql) from another host without downtime for free.
Compare them and choose the best.

There are so many free cloud servers OwnCloud is free and open source software that operates as a very simple way to set up your own syncing, Dropbox-like cloud storage system on your own server or web site. It's robust enough that it has replaced Dropbox for me in all except a few choice cases. You can check out some youtube videos with tutorial of how to create cloud servers.

I don’t think it does! You need to buy a Cloud server such as Google Cloud, Amazon, DigitalOcean, etc and then manage it by yourself, otherwise, you can go with managed cloud providers like Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways etc.

Open up the ownCloud software on your computer, and select "configure."
Add the URL of your ownCloud server, and your login credentials.
Now, you need to select the files and folders you want to sync. Click "Add folder..." and select a folder on your computer.

Use the following steps to set up a cloud server through the Cloud Control Panel interface.

Log in to the Cloud Control Panel.

In the top navigation bar, click Select a Product > Rackspace Cloud.

    Select Servers > Cloud Servers.
    Click Create Server.

In the Server Details section, enter a name for your server in the Server Name field.

From the Region list, select the region in which you want to create the server.

For more information about regions and how to use them effectively, see About regions.

In the Image section, select the operating system that you want to use.

For a complete list of available images, see the Images section of the Cloud Servers product page.

In the Flavor section, choose the appropriate configuration for the server.

For more information about flavors, see the Cloud Core Infrastructure User Guide.

(Optional) Assign a public key to the server by selecting an existing key under Advanced Options.
