It's caused by 5 reasons:
1. The page isn't loading properly
2. You changed your URL recently but don't notice it
3. Duplicate content issue
4. Time out page too much time and Bing sign your page weaker and not index them.
5. Check your robot.txt if you set up to prevent bot to index your site.

What is your website link? Maybe you have done spammy things for links or any black hat technique.
Check the backlinks o your website and content on your website.
