LSI keywords are essentially keywords related to the keywords that you are searching for, and Google does this by using a system known as LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). In a nutshell, it is based on user search patterns and behavior, how one keyword search is usually linked to another keyword search.

Enforcing your targeted keywords with it’s related keywords (semantically related) you increase your changes on ranking higher.

LSI keywords stand for (Latent Semantic Indexing) those keywords which semantically related to your primary keywords, google doesn’t accept repeated keywords more than 5 to 6 % of your main keywords otherwise it will consider keyword stuffing and it will decrease your ranking in search engine, you can use its similar keywords of the main keywords in your content.

LSI keywords (Latent Semantic Indexing) are basically keywords that are semantically related to your primary keyword. Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT just synonym or keywords that are similar in meaning.

Latent semantic indexing keywords, or LSI keywords is really just a dressed up name for synonyms or related keywords. LSI stands for Latent Semantic Indexing but let’s not get complicated about this. In simple terms it is just how Google decides what your page is about. We all know about main keywords and anchor text links but these little guys are really important. Think about it, they are how Google decides what your page is about.

LSI refers to Latent Semantic Indexing refers to keywords that are related to your primary keyword. In order to avoid keyword stuffing, LSI keywords are used, these keywords are nothing but a part of primary keywords, which are created by adding prefix and suffix to the primary keywords.

Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is a part of the Google algorithm. "LSI keywords (also known as semantic keywords) are the related keywords to the main keyword. Many of the search engines like Google use it to decide the link between different entities of the web content."
