    Long Tail Search Terms

I noticed lately it's much easier to rank overnigth with long tail words.
For those of you who are new to search marketing, it's pretty easy to get the basics of it from a few articles. Here's a decent one:
    http://www.seobook.com/3-steps-optim...-tail-keywords

I seem to be having good luck using semantic keywords before and after my anchor text. In my previous post I was discussing the merits of placing the terms before or after, so far I haven't found it make a real difference. The key is to have it all work out organically with the article's content!

    Thanks!

Long tail keywords are usually keyword phrases that have relatively less number of searches. These keywords are often used to rank your website faster in search engines.

A long-tail keyword is a keyword phrase that contains at least three words (though some say two or more is considered long-tail). Long-tail keywords are used to target niche demographics rather than mass audiences. In other words, they're more specific and often less competitive than generic keyword terms
