    Hi

Keyword density is a combination of the number of times a keyword or a keyword phrase, in proportion with other words, appears on a Web page. The more times the keyword appears in relation to the total number of on page words, the greater the overall keyword density. The more times that other words appear, the lower the proportion of keywords, resulting in a lighter keyword density.

    Thanks

Keyword density is ratio of word that is being searched for against total words displaying on the web page. If keyword arises only once in a page of one thousand words, it has a lower keyword density than keyword that arises four times in page of similar length.

The keyword density tool is useful for helping webmasters and SEOs achieve their optimum keyword density for a set of key terms.

Keyword density is important because search engines use this information to categorize a site's theme, and to determine which terms the site is relevant to. The perfect keyword density will help achieve higher search engine positions

You may define Keyword density as a percentage of times where keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page. In the context of search engine optimization keyword density can be used as a factor in determining whether a web page is relevant to a specified keyword or keyword phrase.

Keyword density measures the relationship of keywords to other text. A high percentage of keywords in relationship to other text suggests that this keyword is important. Here's an example of how it's measured. Let's assume the keyword phrase is "sheet metal fabrication." Sheet metal fabrication is our primary business. In the above example, "sheet metal fabrication" makes up about half the words in that sentence. If it were the only sentence on a page, a search engine could conclude that "sheet metal fabrication" is important.

Keyword density refers to the number of times your keyword or search phrase is found in your article. I think there is no absolute figure for choosing the right keyword density. It is important for your main keywords to have the correct keyword density to rank well in Search Engines. In general, I would say using a keyword density ratio in the range of 2-8%. Keyword density should be considered for page title, meta description, and most of all, for the page content.

Keyword density is the percentage of words on a specific web page. The repetition of a keyword compared to others in the whole document. If this value is high, it can have a negative impact on SEO. For example- If a keyword was listed 5 times out of word count 100 in any content then keyword density will be 5% in those content.

The percentage of relevant keywords on a web site, compared with all text on the site. Search engines give higher ranking to a site with greater usage of the keyword phrase that a user is searching for.
