Looking for 10mb, unmetered, uk.

I'm looking for a dedicated server which will be used to host a Ragnarok Online server. I'm going to need at the very least a 10mb connection, unmetered. Feel free to suggest others if it's in my price range. I would also prefer it to be in the uk, even just for peace of mind. The max price I can pay is £150. I mean how much money can a 18 year old make?

• windows 2003 preferred, although linux wouldn't be too bad either. (I'm just more familiar with windows that's all.)
  
• Located in the uk or USA
• £150 per month or cheaper. (Can be stretched maybe a little)
  
• NO CELERON PROCESSOR I've had nasty experiences with them before.
• 1GB ram preferred.
  
• Be reliable.
