Firefox is one of the browsers at the present time. It stopped occasionally because of force of or installation of toolbar. I have used Mozilla fire fox but I switch to Chrome because of crashing problems. I think, Mozilla Firefox is a fine browser.

It happens sometime when your system is too busy, so i will advice you to delete all history, and create some reasonable free space in hard disk, and if you still face the problem then increase your ram. what system you are using? is it infected by virus ever in past?

The operating system has some problems that unwanted programs are running that you don't know. Restore your operating system and try again.

Well i use the mozilla firefox and i am well satisfied with the current browser. I am using it from the past few years and doesn't have any issues yet. Also it produces many add-ons and this may make a dis-advantage of crashing.

Sometimes it can happen . Have one to two browsers so that you can use if a browser is not working!
