    I would like to order VPS hosting account at Enotchnetworks.com..
    Will it be a good idea to deal with them?
    How is their network uptime?
    How long have they been providing hosting services?

    I am sure that you will have nice hosting experience dealing with Enotchnetworks.com...
    I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards.
    The price for their plans is normal.

    I would rather get a VPS from a tested host like pinellashosting.com which is recommended even by another hosts having the same or even lower prices.

    Pretty good VPS hosting plans offered by Bodhost.com .. you can rely on them as I have had a good run dealing with this hosting provider..
    Customers' safety is the main goal for them.

    Better use some tested companies. People here I am sure are giving you good suggestions and I would extend your lists with glowhost.com which can be better knowing its experience and price/quality balance.
