One-Way links are the links considered by Google for a website and it plays a very important role in achieving good position or ranking in major search engines... so if a website having 10-20 good quality one-way links then it will benefit more than 100 backlinks or two-way links...

One way link is preferd by Google .It is less hectic work 2way or 3way.With one way link we don't depend on other , it totally freedom practice .We don't look-after the sheet that we create during link-building .

Definitely one way links are the best in terms of SEO. As you don't have to link back to another website, it gives a good impression to search engine. One way links are also good for generating traffic.

Yes I agree with you all that one way link is best for us but can anyone tell me how Google can recognize whether the link is one way or reciprocal ?

One way linking is beneficial as there is no need to exchange links, Keyword targeting and Branding.
