Fill up your Meta Description with keywords, forgetting about click-thru rates
Name your images with the character limit in keywords
List every city and zip code within a 10 hour drive
Put 2000 words of keyword rich content below the footer
Keep track of your keyword density.

HI In a my point of view keyword use in proper anchor text your url and keyword bothare same so it is good to visit in your you site with keyword and also user Title, description, Keyword and also user in username it is good factors in SEO.
