would my site become a link farm?

I have an idea i am thinking of. It would involve storing url's in a database but only calling them once the page is generated via php. Can Google still crawl this page eventually seeing i had hundreds of links. Even though this page does not actually exist until its called.?

Well, I think Google does recommend that you have links in your webpage, but they have to at a reasonable number. If you want to avoid getting in trouble, you should do your best to follow Google's recommendation.

you speak of "the page" as though there's going to be only one

what kinds of links are these, where do they link to, and who is entering them into your database?
