Very often, the web designer will use a template to design the website. With a template, website creation has been very efficient. The designer need to change the theme, the colour and alter some layout of the template. No doubt, it looks like all the websites are the same. They are not able to change much due to the template limitation.

However, there is an advantage of using the web template. As such, the owner can actually maintain the website easily. Like, update the information, update the annoucement and so on.
