Urgent!!! Please Help Me

Hi We have been optimizing a site "http://www.sushiquick.com" for the keyword "the sushi kit". After setting the custom location to Reston,VA, I get hardly eight results but the same when searched in the actual place Canada, 9 lac + result is displayed for the same keyword. Why is this massive difference? Why am I unable to get the same result in India even though my customized location is the same as in Canada?

I have given the screenshots below. Please help me to find a solution to know where went wrong.

haha...That's very interesting. I have never seen a search term with 8 results. I'm sure this is not right. Try on someone else's computer maybe. Maybe you have something cached.
