How to Count Backlinks? Is it counted on same IP or different id?

You can use different backlink counting tools like backlink watch or majestic seo tool for counting the numbers of backlinks. All the links which are poting toward your website is call backlinks and no need to worry about ip or id. As id dont count but ip count...

Backlinks and IP have nothing in common. Only the site adress matters.

Backlinks can be counted depending on the website address only. The sites backlinks can be checked by using the operator, for ex: link:website url

It counted with the numbers of link back from every backlink you create. Ofcourse build too much backlink kin the same site or same ip might not give a good effect so you need to build more backlink in different IP website.

Back link count different IP.
