A Google Bomb is when multiple websites use the same anchor text to point to a single website. Google Bomb is an old concept and there are no such Google Bombs after the year 2000. Since Google has concentrated in all majors technically, there are no possibilities to build thousand links over night and if that happened, the site may be banned but never been in 31 ranking position.
