    Okay, since you asked it, and everybody's busy answering the same old questions in other threads, I'll try to answer this one. Here goes. Google slap is what other people know as the penalties that Google has given to a website. If your site suddenly dropped the rankings because Google caught you spamming, that's a Google slap.

    A Google Slap is when your ad and associated landing pages are determined to be of such poor quality (known as the Google Quality Score) that Google removes your ad from the paid listings by lowering its position and raising the bid price so your campaign is no longer economical.
