I have a bad experience of colocation that I want to share with you. When server faces a issue that can't be resolved sitting at your home then technicians, data center try to extract as much money as much possible. You must do research about remote services before your colocate a server.

Physical Security: Colocation facilities provide secure environments with measures such as access controls, video surveillance, security guards, and alarms to protect the servers and equipment.

Power Redundancy: Colocation data centers typically have redundant power systems, including backup generators and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), to ensure continuous power availability.

Cooling and Environmental Controls: Effective cooling systems and environmental controls are in place to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels for the equipment to prevent overheating and equipment failure.

Network Connectivity: Colocation services offer high-speed, reliable internet connectivity through multiple network providers. They may also provide diverse network connections and redundant network infrastructure for improved reliability.
