hello webmasters i bought a data card last week it was giving good speed in starting but after one week its speed has been reduced now iam not even able to open some websites.why this happen because ia have used total data or some technical reason any reply highly appreciated.

Go back to where you buy it and ask the details why it is acting such kind might also have something to do with the data you used or factors on technical error.
