    I am preparing a report taking SEO metrics like Google page rank, Google website back links, number of pages indexed in Google. Please tell me more?

    As you have mentioned include page rank, backlinks, number of indexed pages. Add also what on page optimization you have performed in the site and off page optimization techniques implemented for the site. This adds a value for your site.
