I have got a domain registered on my name . Now i want to build my own website. I would like to know if there is any site which provide free unlimited web hosting and space along with web designing tools and templates.

Please dont go for free webhosting..It has some disadvantages..Please have a look on it...
1. Little/No Support. (Free Web Hosting providers Generally Offers no customer support to their free web hosting customer)
2. Over Crowded Servers ( Free Hosts are not known for their reliability and uptime)
3. Less Features ( It won't include advance features)

In free hosting Hosting Company also include many ads to your Web Site.
Free Hosting Companies does not gives Support and face downtime.
Search engines also often ignore Free Hosted Domains.
No guarantees for availability of your Website.

As amythhomas said never go for a free web hosting provider as a free web hosting provider can't provide you good uptime and also they will impose Ads on your website front or one of internal page.
