Hi friend !
Good questions by you. I also want change my server but i have no idea how to do that.
What is Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services? People get confused easily by this name. I too had a wrong impression about Exchange Hosted Services (EHS) initially when it launched. Exchange Hosted Services comprises the following offerings:
- Exchange Hosted Filtering: This is anti-spam/anti-virus filtering service.
- Exchange Hosted Archive: Outsourced mail archiving service for message retention.
- Exchange Hosted Continuity: allows users to access their last 30 days' email over the web and send/receive new mail to reduce impact of a mail server outage on users.
- Exchange Hosted Encryption: offers policy-based message encryption.
In exchange hosting their are many benefits which you experience when you get hosted exchange. Like email, attachments, contacts, shared calendars and tasks, and support for the mobile, data storage and web-based access to company internal information. Its completely taken care from hosting providers where you just have to pay per mail box.
Exchange sucks unless you really want "Exchange". MailEnable is much better.

Sorry dear, I don't have any idea about this.
The benefits for individual users are also clear, but not so obvious:
No need to own your own Exchange servers or hire the staff to maintain them
Outlook data is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection
The hosting company can collect mail from other accounts and deliver it to you through Outlook
When your hosting company supports Outlook 2007, you may get a free Outlook upgrade
What does, "the hosting company can collect mail from other accounts and deliver it to you through Outlook" mean? Most services let you specify other e-mail accounts to use with Exchange. Messages from those accounts get collected and delivered to you through Exchange. When you send messages using those accounts, they go out through the other mail service just as if you sent them directly.
