Who uses ModernBill? And which version are you using? Does it work well?
Have you tried others?
It seems like a bit of work to set it up so I am wondering if it was worth the effort for you.

No, we haven't trying others. I think that modernbill is the best one system.

ModernBill v4 works very well and I think that V5.2 should be cool soon too

We use ModernBill v4.4.0 Its easy to use and has number of features. Its a complete client management solution.

I have used both Modernbill 4 and 5 newest versions. I like 4 better then 5 at the moment because 5 does not support everything 4 does. I started using 4 and now 5 doesnt support things I started using because of 4. Modernbill really kinda makes me mad about version 5 but I could not live with out it as it takes the work out of monthly billing. Here at Sago we have started using ubersmith which is about 500 Times better but for my personal hosting business I can not afford it. I will say if you can afford using something like Ubersmith it might be a better solution then Modernbill.

DO they offer tech support..? i mean installation support..? Coz lot of people are concerned about getting it installed propperly without ruining every thing on their site

use MB version 4, version 5 is not ready by any means.
