Someone else with problems? Looks like a company to avoid.. domains should become live within 24-72 hours once registered normally its within the 24 hour mark if your talking days and days with no support that is not good.

I always look for at least 30 day money back guarantee when buying online services. This way if you are not happy, you can leave and get a refund. I've heard of some companies which do not honor their money back guarantees, so be careful.

They do have a toll free number on their company page but its not for support use Take note: When looking for a reliable web host always look for the support number first or maby a live chat. Then look for a money back guarantee. Also sometimes make sure their support page is integraded into their website. It lets customers know that they atleast spent some time and care on their web design. If they care about themselves and their image, then most likely they will care about you.
