I'd suggest VPS Linux since you will have a lot of flexibility when we talk about customization. I'd check on Hostgator for this.
Looking for a dedicated server.

I have never used them before and If you ask me I never heard about them. I am using Bluehost VPS which is a next-gen linux vps hosting with SAN powered devices which provides 99.99% server & storage uptime.
