    Do you use support outsourcing?

Not long time ago I thought that using support outsourcing is bad sign for reliability of web hosting providers. But after I met SupportMonk.com I changed my opinion to opposite. I tried their outsourced support - pay per ticket plan and got understandable quick support for low price. Technical issues of my clients were resolved quickly and skilfully, that is why I prefer now to use their services. I wonder how many hosts are also using outsourcing support nowadays?

One should never outsource the server administration to a support service provider. It is always better and recommended to opt for a fully managed dedicated hosting solution which allows you to get rid of the server management tasks and focus on what's important for you: your business. Well, about the supportmonk, their plan looks a bit costly as compared to other support providers. Outsourcing would be more costly and you can't competely trust on them as you can on your web hosting provider.

As your business grows you need your systems and infrastructure to keep pace so that customers don't pay the price for hiccups in service or coverage. ... Outsourcing your technical support services to a third-party vendor can free up resources (funds, people, and infrastructure) for use on core business processes.
