Looking for fast web hosting

Hi, I am looking for a new server to host my site on it. For the moment it host in servage.net and i am near to my end of the contract.
Most of the members are in Israel so the server need to be near Israel with good ping.
my week traffic on the site is 75 GB approx and it still growing.
for now i have used 730 mega from my hard disk and it still growing every day.
I can pay only 10$ per month and no more.
Please tell me if you need some more information.
