iPage Support?

Hello,
I hopped onto iPage Chat today and was stunned to find how unprofessional their support is. There is one thing in this chat, almost the most basic things support agents should know. Also, the terrible "unlimited bandwidth". Has anyone ever noticed this or did I just run into a new agent.

Jacob: Wow, okay well at least My site doesnt need more than 20

Jacob: On some hosts I get 500 KB/s which is terrible

Sujith S: There is no such specification or speed limit on our shared server.
Jacob: No but the speed on the server, not shared account
Sujith S: There is no speed limit or such specification.

1. 20 GB Bandwidth on Shared Plans from the "unlimited"? 20GB isnt even that much.
2. She doesnt even know the transfer rate?

I was really thinking of ordering.
