Unmanaged servers with URL registration outside US

I want to find a good unmanaged server outside US for hosting a website. Actually, all I want is an unmanaged server anywhere but the URL registration should show anywhere outside USA.

Any good ones in Europe or elsewhere？

I would recommend you switch your search to the Europe. I believe there are several good dutch providers

As you know Europe is not a single country, and there are many countries, part of EU. You'd better specify where do you want to host your server and to post more about tech specification and other requirements.
