I am working in an advertising company and I want to establish a website for my company. I am little bit nervous about fake companies which take money early and not complete your work at time. Anyone please suggest me any company which can make a website for me and ask for the money after the completion of the work.

You are right my friend, because there are many fake companies which do the same what you are saying. In fact they use to take money early and not complete your work before time. The only issue with this from a designer stand point is, there i just as many customers who come to you and ask for a design and then don't pay. There are are very few companies who will work free, I would recommend reading reviews and doing your home work.

it hard to find a satisfctable company, as there are too many such fake company online, they always take the money ahead then didn't do the things as well as they promise. there also have companies that take money after satisfy the custmers, but on this way the company can't get their gerentee on time, what's worse nothing.

well i know this site where i made a small music site,it ws cheap and service wasnt bad..but i din upload the site full..nd i din have time to look after it also.but this site looks fine ..and needs to be payed onli after da works done.the sites www.awebsite4meto.co.cc in my opinion its bettar than hirin people you don even know.

Reviews that is the key for you. Also I think that would be good idea to check what your friends use

I would highly recommend hiring a local design firm. That way they are less likely to run away with your money. Plus if you do it is much easier to go after them because they are in the same country.

I think your best bet would be with Elance.com

They have a very good marketplace system that includes the option for escrow service. I've had plenty of sites developed thru there, even have one right now that's taking bids.

And not to name drop, but this was the place where Digg Founder Kevin Rose got the preliminary mock up for digg.com produced. Good Luck!
