I think that there are many good dedicated server providers and I consider exmasters.com, 7host.com and digitalhost.com to reliable, stable and affordable ones. So, I suggest you to compare their dedicated server plans, because I prefer to focus on something much more important, reliable web hosting and great customer service.

Is there a specific reason why you are looking for a UK based proivder?

There are some good providers in UK. I belive RackSpace also has a UK based offerring.

If location is not an issue then there are many providers in US too who can you provide you with good service and decent pricing.
