Unfortunately I only know of one company with experience, who provides reliable windows website hosting services, this would be HostNexus.com

However, 1PlanHost.com seems like a reliable provider and is very frequent on these forums, so if you ever did have a problem you can be sure by popping on HostSearch.com Forums you can easily get in touch as well as through their traditional support services.

I don’t think HostNexus.com provide plans to your specifications, not when I last checked anyway, so you could give 1PlanHost.com a try, you never know, you may get lucky.
