    It is bad for SEO even for your website too. Because frames has compatibility issues with browsers and we can use CSS instead of frames. And frame tag is supported in HTML5. usually we avoid frame tag but it depends what you want to do in website.

    One of the tenets of good site architecture is avoiding frames.Use specific tags in your HTML code to ensure framed content gets indexed. It's not that Google and Bing don't index content within a <frameset> tag.

    Since search engines consider the content in iFrames to belong to another website, the best you can hope for is no effect. iFrames tend to neither help nor hurt your search engine ranking.

    Google spiders don't read content into the iframes, so using iframes will hurt site ranking.
