Looking for a middleman in contact with various datacenters

That's pretty much what title says. Looking to buy resold dedicated servers with multiple IPs available. This is not a one-time purchase, looking to develop a kind of contract, which will be mutually beneficial in long-term.

Tenants contract for access to more electricity than they actually wind up needing. But many data centers charge tenants as if they were using all of that capacity — in other words, full price for power that is available but not consumed. [...] Since tenants on average tend to contract for around twice the power they need, Mr. Tazbaz said, those data centers can effectively charge double what they are paying for that power.

We study bilateral exchange, both direct trade and indirect trade that happens through chains of intermediaries or middlemen. We develop a model of this activity and present applications. This illustrates how, and how many, intermediaries get involved, and how the terms of trade are determined. We show how bargaining with one intermediary depends on upcoming negotiations with downstream intermediaries, leading to holdup problems. We discuss the roles of buyers and sellers in bilateral exchanges, and how to interpret prices. We develop a particular bargaining solution and relate it to other solutions. In addition to contrasting our framework with other models of middlemen, we discuss the connection to different branches of search theory. We also illustrate how bubbles can emerge in intermediation.

This Continuous Intelligence Subscription research service measures the amount of disruption original design manufacturers (ODMs) and value-added integrators (VAIs) are introducing to the traditional server and storage datacenter supply chain structure. Storage and Server ODMs and Hyperscale Datacenters: Global Overview program measures server and storage solutions being sold direct to end-user hyperscale datacenter environments through both ODM direct or ODM indirect (e.g., self-built implementations

Each agent has a specific faction standing that they require to speak with you, but your Connections or Diplomacy skill counts. As a result, if you have decent Social skills when you visit the Data Center, it will only take visiting a few of these agents and providing the tags that they want to rapidly increase your standing with the Caldari State. Run through as many of the eight minor agents as you can, and four or five of the major agents, and in only an hour or so, you'll almost certainly have sufficient standing to run Level 3 missions, and may even gain enough standing to run Level 4s. In each case, buy the tags you need in Jita.
