I loss my 20% traffic from last one weak. Is it any google update are something else. If it is google update then how i can make my site Google friendly.

Recently Google introduced new webspam update called "Google Penguin", it's basically target website which is using spamming link building technique and duplicate content.
So my suggestion is to remove all duplicate content from your website and focus on quality link building technique.

check your keyword ranking, if ranking drop you definitely loss your traffic.
