This is a lesser punishment handed down where you went from ranking for a keyword or phrase one day to the next day being nowhere to be found. Your site is still indexed in Google (which you can verify using the test above) but in the results you cannot find yourself. You have been sandboxed.

The Google Sandbox hypothesis is that Google puts new sites into a "Sandbox" before they can rank well in a Google inquiry and advance toward the highest point of a query output.

According to the theory of the sandbox effect, links which may normally be weighted by Google's ranking algorithm, not least improving the position of a webpage in Google's index, may be subjected to filtering to prevent their having a full impact. Some observations have suggested that two important factors for causing this filter to come into play are the active age of a domain, and the competitiveness of the keywords used in links.

It is used as spam by google to some websites when some newly websites with few ownership or newly domains create inbound links too fast and create duplicate data. When some websites tries to get higher ranking with the rules and policies that are against of google's.

Google Sandbox refers to a hypothetical mechanism that factors a website's age (or lack thereof) into its ranking on popular keywords.

Google Sandbox is a Google mechanism to limit the ranking of new sites, the site google suspected do not trust. Or rather it is a Google filter to prevent new websites from growing unnaturally, quickly gaining high rankings with competitive keywords. When your website hits the Google sandbox, the rank of the keyword will quickly disappear from the SERP even if you paste the title or link details into google search, your site also does not appear.

Is a Google punishment to limit the ranking of bad webpages. Or say the other it is a Google filter to block but the site has content and backlink sources do not trust.

The sign of your page is Sanbox is: your webpage is ranked high automatically flying away, but not forever called. At the same time your page also lost index.
