I believe such cheap VPS are equally low-end.
Really it is more reasonable to get usual shared hosting than one of these VPS solutions.
Real price for quality VPS is about 25-30 bucks. Take a look at some real and stable companies like serverpoint.com or santrex.net and see how mauch does the quality costs.
