    To do this, open Photoshop, then go to File > Automate > Batch. You should now see the Batch window. Choose the set that you created your action in, and then choose your action. Where it says "Source," you'll want to choose "Folder" and then click the "Choose…" button to pick the folder that all of your images are in.

    Resize multiple images by batch processing them. Now you can batch process your images to resize them all. To do this, open Photoshop, then go to File > Automate > Batch.

    In Windows Live Photo Gallery if you select multiple
    photos...you should be able to right click one thumb
    in the selected group and choose Resize.

    Anyway...

    I'm guessing you were using the Win XP Image
    Resizer PowerToy...

    The following similar resizers work for Windows 7.

    (FWIW...it's always a good idea to create a System
    Restore point before installing software or updates)
