It depends on what keyterms you are going to choose. For example, in most cases nowadays link building is going to be really required because the on page optimization elements might not seem to be enough. But if the terms targeted by your website are not among the competitive ones, even addition of a few content pages and then using the words inside your articles could be like reaching the top of Google but as you may guess the traffic shares could be weak.

No only on page is not enough for website ranking but both on page and off page are required for that. First on page optimization is must to optimize your website internally. After that you should go through off page optimization. Off page is important to increase traffic and also keyword ranking.

Not really. Sometimes when you searched the right keyword you'll probably get on top with using basic SEO.

To get better serp's of our site we have to do off page seo as well as on page optimization.

No, Only On page are not enough for getting top 10 position of highly competitive keywords need some off page help to get first page position in search engine because bethought quality back link we con't get good result

Only On-page optimization is not enough for optimizing a website to be placed in top 10 ranking, On-page optimization is necessary to optimize website internally, but Off-page optimization also should be done to give traffic to your website and to be placed in top 10 rankings. On-page optimization and off-page optimization both are necessary to optimize your website.

On page optimization might get you into the top 10 but doing just that won't keep you there for long. You also have to start building links back to your website because search engines put a lot of weight on that.

No, on page optimization is not enough for website top 10 ranking. For top 10 ranking in SERP, you should do both On page & off page SEO.

Both on page & off page Seo plays an important role in website ranking.
