I am very happy with pmgchosting.com and highly recommend them to try. You will experience any downtime, and the servers will be fast. Support is wonderfully thorough and responsive.

I've been with dcxv.com for over a year. Their hosting service has been fairly good.
The Dedicated server low price are sold with set specs but with dcxv i found they had better processors.

There are so many aspects when you are choosing a provider and one of them is technical support 24/7. Another aspect is if you can try their trial version of a server. Just type into a google trial dedicated servers.

I'd advise you to use servers from hostingsource.com and hostsailor.com, servers are supported perfectly well for 24 hours and their pricing policy is simple and flexible.

Do you have any specific processors in mind? What will you be hosting on the server? Will it be used for multi-tenant or just hosting one individuals sites?

Adam, what is your budget for this though? It will definitely make a difference in who we can recommend based on what you can afford.

There are many web hosts in the hosting services market, I think of dealing with one of these:
    1) Rackspace.com ; 2) Rareservers.com ; 3) Dcxv.com
What host would you choose if you were me? Why?
Actually we don't provide 24 GB RAM, but you can have a look at the following plans -

    Processor - Intel X3440
    RAM - 16 GB
    Hard Drive - 4x 2TB
    Port speed - 1 Gbps
    Bandwidth - 100TB
    Price - $79.00/month
