B2B describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a manufacturer and a wholesaler, or between a wholesaler and a retailer. B2C (sometimes also called Business-to-Customer) describes activities of businesses serving end consumers with products and/or services

Presently, online B2B web portals are mainly esteemed as a good source of providing organizations with a global platform for their products and services in various search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing with the aim of raising productivity and functional efficiency.
Business to consumer (B2C) is business or transactions conducted directly between a company and consumers who are the end-users of its products or services.
