If I am taking you in right way then below are the steps top you will need to carry out for exchanging -

1. Take full backup of data.
2. Download it on your local system or hard drive.
3. Order the new hosting service with other provider.
4. Once service will get activated then ask the provider to perform the migration for you. Many of the host do it for free of cost.
5. If they do not perform it for you then you can either migrate the data by yourself or can perform the restoration of data from taken backup in first step.
6. After performing the step 5, you can test your website by adding the entry in hostfile that is you can add the IP address of new server and your domain name with and without www in host file. Host file is located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc.

You will come to know whether your website is working from the local network or not.

7. If site is working from the local network then you can go ahead and update the DNS settings of new server for your domain. Wait for 24 to 48 hours for DNS propagation. After that, your website will start working.
