    Its not affect SEO but Google consider it as negative SEO. So i suggest you to use the lower case letters those are SEO friendly and SEM friendly too.

    According to new update of google the capital latter are effect you seo ranking because google consider it as a negative seo.

    Just your regular SEO with proper tags and site structure. If you want to launch something like Quora you'll need heavy moderation early on, you'll probably need to handpick what questions to use as H1 headings and what questions to keep irrelevant (SEO-wise). When Quora was starting it was a niche forum for programmers, so it was not as hard to manage and they didn't go "mainstream" until they were ready.

    If you have awebsite in mind where you ask and answer questions yourself, then it's just your type of content. I'd recommend not covering too many different topics, it will make it hard for crawlers to find relation between pages.
