A Static Url is an URL that doesn't modify based on insight from the server or the remote repository but continues precisely the same with each page-load. Static URLs will be the norm for pages that not contain active aspects based on a administrator’s remote data's results.

Static URLs are the standard for pages that don't contain intuitive components in light of the consequences of a web manager's remote information.
